Return & Exchange Policy
Azura by Raunika
- All Azura pieces are made to order with utmost care. We include minor size alteration margins so adjustments can be made at your end if needed. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.
- Exchanges are only possible in case of a manufacturing defect and will be accepted only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. For any exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- To request an exchange for a defective item, please email us at azurabyraunika93@gmail.com with clear images of the product within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
- The final decision regarding an exchange rests with Azura by Raunika after our quality check.
- Once approved, the exchange process will be initiated. Refunds (if applicable) may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account.
