RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales at www.azurabyraunika.com are final. Azurabyraunika strives to be an earth friendly company, by working on made to order basis and lowering our carbon footprints. When you place your valuable order with us, that particular outfit is handmade with love just for you, hence we also offer size & style customization, so that you are 100% satisfied with your order.

Since we work on made to orders basis only, We DO NOT TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Steps for alterations for merchandise bought at full price:

1. For any alterations required, please drop us an email at azurabyraunika5@gmail.com  with your original order number along with details of alteration.
2. Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us such charges will have to be borne by the customer.
3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the changes required.
4. The altered piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges. 

Azurabyraunika may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification.

We do not provide returns/exchanges/alterations on International orders.
